Do you only work on Apple devices?
No! We repair all major brands of smartphones (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Google, Huawei, etc.), tablets (Lenovo, Samsung, ASUS, etc.), computers (HP, Dell, ASUS, Lenovo, Acer, etc.) and even game consoles (Sony PlayStation, XBOX).
Are all repairs done on the spot?
Most repairs are completed on the spot, provided the necessary parts are in stock. Common repairs — such as screen, charging port, or battery replacements — are usually done while you wait. More complex repairs, like iPhone back glass replacements, may take longer as they require additional labor.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. All our repairs come with a 3-year warranty, with a few exceptions. Some services, such as component cleaning or analog stick repairs, come with a 6-month warranty.
Do you offer home repair services?
Yes. In the Lisbon and Cascais areas, we can send a team of specialized technicians to your home or workplace. Contact us to schedule an in-home repair.
Do you repair devices that aren’t listed on the website?
