As soon as the equipment arrives, we perform a detailed diagnosis and send you a transparent quote for your approval before any repairs are made.

4. Repair and return

After approval, we repair the equipment, test everything, and send it back to your home. Purplee pays for the return shipping . Simple, fast, and guaranteed.
