Collection requests are made on the Remote Repair Request form.

You can choose to have your order picked up by motorcycle courier or delivered to a CTT location. Courier pickup is only available from addresses in mainland Portugal.

Most pickup orders placed before 3:30 PM on business days are processed the same day, with rare exceptions in certain areas of the country. Pickup orders placed after 3:30 PM, on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day.

You will always be informed by email of all the status of your Collection Order.

Note : All our prices are publicly available and transparent. Before placing an order, you can simulate the repair cost on our website.

We recommend that you make a backup of your equipment before any repair, as we are not responsible for any data lost during the repair.

All we need from you is for the equipment to be ready for collection by the delivery person, properly packaged and placed in a transport container.

As a transport box you can, for example, use cardboard boxes from other household appliances, shoe boxes, cardboard transport boxes, etc.

For packaging, you can use, for example, crumpled newspaper sheets, balled-up plastic bags, cloths or towels.

We suggest you send the equipment in its original packaging, if you still have it.

Shipping insurance only protects against loss or external damage to the packaging caused during transit. It is the customer's sole responsibility to properly package the equipment to be repaired.

You must send only the equipment, without chargers, protective covers, or accessories. We are not responsible for damage or loss of items external to the equipment.

Transport is carried out by a certified carrier, with guaranteed delivery on the next business day.

Shipping includes €1,000 insurance that protects against loss or damage to the equipment, provided there is external damage to the packaging caused during shipping. It is the customer's sole responsibility to properly package the equipment to be repaired.

After we receive your equipment, we perform a free diagnosis on the entire equipment.

We'll then send you an email with the detected defects, along with a repair estimate. We'll only proceed with the repair after your authorization.

If you do not wish to proceed with any repairs, your equipment will be returned to you.

Attention : If you urgently need to repair your equipment, keep an eye on your email in order to validate the quote as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped on business days before 5:00 PM, with guaranteed next-business-day delivery. You can also choose to pick up your order at our facilities.

If no one is present upon delivery, a notice will be left in the mailbox with instructions.

IMPORTANT : If the package shows external damage upon delivery by the delivery person, do not accept the package without first recording the identified defects in writing. You must keep proof of this information. This is the only way we can activate the insurance if the equipment inside is damaged.
