Regarding the cosmetic condition of our equipment, we consider three components when evaluating and classifying the condition of each piece of equipment:
It takes us about 30 seconds to evaluate each piece of equipment, and the evaluation is carried out at a normal arm's length (40-50 centimeters).
In our online store, we have 3 categories regarding the aesthetic condition of the equipment:
Equipment in excellent condition with minimal or no wear . They have no noticeable scratches at arm's length. These pieces of equipment have been used very little or have been extremely well cared for previously.
Used equipment in good condition, with minor signs of use visible at arm's length. We allow minor dents or scratches on the chassis, back glass, or screen—but most of the time, the equipment will be free of any marks on these components.
Device with visible signs of use , but fully functional. It may have some deeper scratches, dents, or discoloration—but never a crack on the screen or back glass. Most of the time, these devices show more signs of use on the chassis or back glass—and the screen is in good condition.
Regardless of the cosmetic condition you choose when purchasing your equipment, it will be in full working order, and any signs of use will be merely cosmetic.
In exceptional situations involving single-unit products, we may include in the description a more detailed note about the aesthetic condition of the equipment and details to be pointed out (example: Gaming Notebook X model Y, single unit, in good general condition with a slight scratch near the trackpad and slight wear on the W, A, S, D keys).
