Delivery time
All orders are processed within business days and delivered within an estimated time of 1 to 3 business days , counting from payment confirmation.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders , regardless of the purchase value or delivery address, within mainland Portugal and the islands.

Carrier
Shipments are made via CTT Expresso , ensuring fast and secure transportation. After shipment, the customer will receive an email with the order's tracking number, allowing them to track the delivery status.

Responsibility in Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. If the order is returned due to incorrect information or absence at the time of delivery, we may have to reschedule the delivery, which may incur additional costs.

Delays and Exceptional Situations
While we strive to meet the stated deadlines, exceptional circumstances such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or periods of high order volume (such as holiday seasons) may cause delivery delays. In these cases, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
