    No. This solution is exclusive to private customers.

  5. If I return a product or cancel my order, how does the refund work?
    Purplee handles refunds. The payment plan will be adjusted or canceled based on the amount refunded. Amounts already paid will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase.
  6. What is 3DS and how do I activate it?
    3DS refers to the "online shopping" feature activated in your home banking. Activation methods vary depending on the issuing bank.
  7. How can I cancel the installment plan?
    You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. To do so, contact contatopt@floa.com or call 210 608 126.
  8. Why was my installment payment not accepted?
    It could be for several reasons, such as a card with a validity period shorter than the installment term.
  9. How can I track my payment plan?
    You'll receive a confirmation email from FLOA within 48 hours of the first installment. You'll be notified by email before and after each debit. You can track everything through your FLOA customer account.
